Tuning Fork

Tuning fork comes with rubber mallet & velvet carrying bag.

How to use: Lightly tap with rubber mallet, or palm of hand to activate the tuning fork. Place the vibrating tuning fork on the chakra that needs to be aligned- the sound that initiates the frequencies that stimulate the body to create the frequencies it needs to bring itself into alignment. Circle the tuning fork in a clockwise motion around the chakra. Repeat as necessary.
